Normal wear parts are supplied free of charge. Electrical components must be purchased by the customer.

Is service included in the lease?
Yes. Installation start-up and annual inspections by a Luthi technical service representative are provided free of charge.

The rotary filler has achieved speeds of 600 cans per minute on cooked tuna fish and chunk chicken. Speeds will vary depending on the product and the previous operation.

Can the dicers be used with products other than poultry and tuna fish?
The 3MGD dicers have been used with tempered beef, cooked ground beef, beef log, sausage, bacon, cheese, tofu and pet food.

How well established is this product line?
Luthi Machinery has been manufacturing cutters since the early 1960s. 

Are these machines available in North America only?
No, sales today are fairly evenly divided between North America and the rest of the world.

What is the delivery time?
As machines are made to customer order, delivery time varies between 60 to 150 days after receipt of order.

What about parts and service?
Most parts are available for dispatch within 24 hours of order receipt. Due to simplicity of the machine design, a service call is rarely required but can be arranged. Most technical problems can be solved via fax or a telephone call.
