Optimal product appearance
Cut is made with a chopping/guillotine action. The product is not extruded or force-fed, minimizing slivering and fines.
Volume and size control
Processes up to 5,000 pounds (2270 kg) per hour, dependent on model, cut size and product density. Cut size is variable within the size ranges indicated at page bottom.
Design features
Simple yet robust construction for years of reliable service. Cantilever construction facilitates removal of product belt for ease of cleaning and wash-down. Settings for cut size, cutting speed and periodic adjustments are readily accessible, as are lubrication points and all replaceable components.
